The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as THE NEW ENGLISH BIBLE; being entitled: THE NEW ENGLISH BIBLE WITH THE APOCRYPHA.  Psalm 139:11, 12 read as follows:
"11 If I say, 'Surely darkness will steal over me, night will close around me', 12 darkness is no darkness for thee and night is luminous as day ; to thee both dark and light are one."
To the heavenly Father ( see verse one, for example, and see also Matthew 5:9, 16; 6:9, 14, for example ), both dark and light are the same ( as indicated in verse twelve, above ).
This passage from the Holy Bible is a basis for the concept from which night-vision technology is derived.  In the context of science and technology, it serves as a reference to the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, for example.  True, honest science is based on what the Holy Bible teaches.
Moreover, Solomon ( see Ecclesiastes 1:1 ) wrote the following in ( 1:9 ): "What has happened will happen again, and what has been done will be done again, and there is nothing new under the sun."  The concept, on which night-vision technology is based, is not new.  Please study the Holy Bible ( which is God's word - see Psalm 119:65-73, 142, and 151; John 17:1, 3, and 17; and 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17, for example ).
