The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the New Revised Standard Version ( NRSV ).  Proverbs 16:32 reads as follows:
"32 One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and one whose temper is controlled than one who captures a city."
Solomon ( see 10:1 ) wrote of the requirement of controlling one's temper ( as we read in verse thirty-two, above ).
Implied, here, are two aspects of doing so: (1) one's strength of will; and (2) a strategy for dealing with anger.  How determined are you, the reader, to avoid a sinful ( see Psalm 119:65-73, 142, and 151; John 17:1, 3, and 17; 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17; and 1 John 3:4, for example ) outburst of wrath ( see Galatians 5:20; NKJV ), for example?  Moreover, James, the half-brother of Jesus, provides us with a plan for dealing with anger in ( 1:19 ), which reads as follows: "19 You must understand this, my beloved: let everyone be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger."

The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the New Testament, known as The Expanded Bible; being entitled: New Testament: The [ expanded ] Bible: Study the Bible While You Read.  John 10:11-13 read as follows:
"11 'I am the good shepherd [contrast Zech. 11:17].  The good shepherd *gives [lays down] his life for the sheep.  12 The *worker who is paid to keep the sheep [Lhired hand] is different from the shepherd who owns them.  When the worker sees a wolf coming, he runs away and leaves the sheep alone.  Then the wolf *attacks [or snatches; seizes] the sheep and scatters them.  13 The man runs away because he is only a *paid worker [hired hand] and does not really care about the sheep.'"
Jesus also said in verse sixteen, "16 'I have other sheep that are not in this *flock [fold; pen; Ca reference to future Gentile followers of Christ], and I must bring them also.  They will listen to my voice, and there will be one flock and one shepherd'" ( please read verses one through twenty-one to get the immediate context ).
Luke ( see 1:3 and Acts 1:1 ) recorded the following in Acts 20:28: "28 *Be careful for [Keep watch over] yourselves and for all the *people [Lflock] the Holy Spirit has *given to you to oversee [Lmade you overseers/guardians; John 21:16].  You must be like shepherds to the church of God, which he *bought [or obtained] with the *death of his own Son [Lwith the blood of his own (Son); or with his own blood]."  The New Testament church ( the church of Christ - see Matthew 16:17, 18; Romans 16:16; and Ephesians 1:15-23 ( especially verses 22 and 23, for example ), for example ) is comprised of Christians ( see Acts 2:38; 8:26-40 ( especially verses 36-39, for example ); chapter 11 ( especially verse 26, for example ); Romans 12:1-5 ( especially verse 5, for example ); and Galatians 3:26, 27, for example ).  Since the overseers, here, are to be "like shepherds to the church of God," this means that each of us, as a Christian, is a sheep.
Jesus ( the Chief Shepherd - see 1 Peter 5:4, and see also James 1:12 and Revelation 2:10, for example ) owns us ( as is indicated in the first verse twelve, above ).  He is not merely a paid worker and will, therefore, not leave us and run away when the wolf comes.  He cares so much for us that He laid down His life for us ( see verses thirteen and eleven above, respectively, and see also Luke 23:26-49 ( especially verse 33, for example ), for example ).
Please study the Holy Bible ( which is God's word - see John 17:1, 3, and 17 and 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17, for example ).  If you have any questions about the Holy Bible, you can contact me by e-mail at:

The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the MODERN ENGLISH VERSION ( MEV ).  Ephesians 4:25 reads as follows:
"25 Therefore, putting away lying, let every man speak truthfully with his neighbor, for we are members of one another."
There is a lie commonly told in this world that all roads lead to heaven.
According to verse twenty-five ( above ), as Christians ( see Acts 11:26, for example ), we will not speak this, or any other, false doctrine.  The apostle Paul ( see 2 Timothy 1:1 ) wrote ( see 3:10, 11, for example, and see also Acts, chapters 13 and 14, for example ) the following in ( 3:13 ): "13 But evil men and seducers will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived."  In an effort to express the truth ( and expose the above-mentioned lie ( see Ephesians 5:11, for example )), please click on the "Full Screen" symbol, at the lower right corner of the image below, to read today's bulletin regarding John 14:6, for example:

The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the MODERN ENGLISH VERSION ( MEV ).  Revelation 2:10 reads as follows:
"10 Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer.  Look, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tried, and you will have tribulation for ten days.  Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life."
Verse ten ( above ) has a cross-reference to James 1:12, which reads as follows: "12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation, for when he is tried, he will receive the crown of life, which the Lord has promised to those who love Him."
Considering verses ten and twelve together, as Christians ( see Acts 11:26, for example ), we have been commanded by God ( see Psalm 119:65-73, 142, and 151; Ecclesiastes 12:13; John 1:1, 14; 10:30; 14:6; 17:1, 3, and 17; Romans 1:20 ( see Romans 1:20 ( KJV, for example; with center-column references, for example ) to get the equivalent translation for the word "Godhead" ); Colossians 2:8, 9; 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17; and 1 John 5:7, for example ) to be faithful to the Lord until death.  Please click on the "Full Screen" symbol, at the lower right corner of the image below, to read today's bulletin regarding the book of Revelation, for example:

The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as THE NEW ENGLISH BIBLE; being entitled: THE NEW ENGLISH BIBLE WITH THE APOCRYPHA.  Psalm 139:11, 12 read as follows:
"11 If I say, 'Surely darkness will steal over me, night will close around me', 12 darkness is no darkness for thee and night is luminous as day ; to thee both dark and light are one."
To the heavenly Father ( see verse one, for example, and see also Matthew 5:9, 16; 6:9, 14, for example ), both dark and light are the same ( as indicated in verse twelve, above ).
This passage from the Holy Bible is a basis for the concept from which night-vision technology is derived.  In the context of science and technology, it serves as a reference to the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, for example.  True, honest science is based on what the Holy Bible teaches.
Moreover, Solomon ( see Ecclesiastes 1:1 ) wrote the following in ( 1:9 ): "What has happened will happen again, and what has been done will be done again, and there is nothing new under the sun."  The concept, on which night-vision technology is based, is not new.  Please study the Holy Bible ( which is God's word - see Psalm 119:65-73, 142, and 151; John 17:1, 3, and 17; and 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17, for example ).

The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the REVISED STANDARD VERSION ( RSV ).  Ecclesiastes 12:9-14 read as follows:
"9 Besides being wise, the Preacher also taught the people knowledge, weighing and studying and arranging proverbs with great care.  10 The Preacher sought to find pleasing words, and uprightly he wrote words of truth.  11 The sayings of the wise are like goads, and like nails firmly fixed are the collected sayings which are given by one Shepherd.  12 My son, beware of anything beyond these.  Of making many books there is no end, and much study is a weariness of the flesh.  13 The end of the matter; all has been heard.  Fear God, and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man.  14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil."
A synonym for the word "duty" ( which we find in verse thirteen, above ) is the word "responsibility."
The entire responsibility of man is to fear God and keep His commandments.  If we fail to do this, then we fail to live responsibly.  Living an irresponsible life on this earth will result in eternal condemnation in hell ( see Psalm 1 ( especially verse 5 ); 5 ( especially verse 5, for example ); 6 ( especially verse 8, for example ); 119:65-73, 142, and 151; Matthew 7:21-23; 18:6-10 ( especially verses 8 and 9, for example ); Mark 9:42-50 ( especially verses 43-48, for example ); 16:15, 16; John 12:44-50 ( especially verse 48, for example ); 2 Thessalonians 1:5-10 ( especially verses 7-9, for example ); and 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17, for example ).
Please read the Holy Bible ( which is God's word - see Luke 8:19-21 ( especially verse 21, for example ); 11:27, 28 ( especially verse  28, for example ); and Revelation 1:1-8 ( especially verse 3, for example ), for example ).  If you have any questions about the Holy Bible, you can contact me by e-mail at:

The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the ENGLISH STANDARD VERSION ( ESV ).  Below it is a copy of the Koran.  Psalm 145:1-4 read as follows:
"I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever.  2 Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever.  3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.  4 One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts."
SURA II-THE COW, verse 110, reads as follows:
"110 And they say, 'God hath a son:'  No!  Praise be to Him!  But-His, whatever is in the Heavens and the Earth!  All obeyeth Him."
The god of the Muslims ( Allah ) does not have a son ( as revealed in verse one hundred ten, above ).  The one true God of the Holy Bible ( see John 17:1-3 ( especially verse 3, for example ), for example ) has "his only begotten Son" ( see John 3:16; KJV ).
The heavenly Father ( see Matthew 5:9, 16; 6:9, 14, for example ), and His Son Jesus, for example, can perform miracles ( see Genesis 1:1, 26, and 27; Mark 16:20; John 1:1, 14; 2:11 ( see John 2:11 ( KJV; with center-column references ) to get the equivalent translation for the word "miracles" ); 10:30; 14:6; Romans 1:20 ( see Romans 1:20 ( KJV, for example; with center-column references, for example ) to get the equivalent translation for the word "Godhead" ); 1 Corinthians 13:8-10 ( especially verse 10, for example ); Colossians 2:8, 9 ( KJV, for example ); and 1 John 5:7 ( KJV, for example ), for example, and cf. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 ( especially verse 16, for example ), for example ), though miracles are not occurring at this time.  Allah, on the other hand, "has no real existence" ( see 1 Corinthians 8:4 ).  Therefore, as a Christian ( see Acts 11:26, for example ), I will say ( as indicated in the first verse three, above ), "God is great!"  A similar statement made by the Muslims has no meaning.
The Koran is not God's word ( the heavenly Father revealed nothing to Mohammed ), the Holy Bible is ( see Psalm 119:65-73, 142, and 151; John 17:17; and 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17, for example ).  Please read the Holy Bible ( see Luke 8:19-21 ( especially verse 21, for example ); 11:27, 28 ( especially verse 28, for example ); and Revelation 1:1-8 ( especially verse 3, for example ), for example ).  If you have any questions about the Holy Bible, you can contact me by e-mail at:

The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the REVISED STANDARD VERSION ( RSV ).  Proverbs 13:20 reads as follows:
"20 He who walks with wise men becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm."
Solomon ( see 10:1 ) teaches, here, that we must strive to keep company with wise men ( see also Romans 15:1-4 ( especially verse 4, for example ), for example ).
The apostle Paul ( see 1 Corinthians 1:1 ) wrote ( see 9:1; 15:9; and 16:21, for example ) something very similar in ( 15:33 ): "33 Do not be deceived: 'Bad company ruins good morals.'"  As Christians ( see Acts 11:26, for example ), we must always be aware of the danger of being companions of fools.  Please click on the "Full Screen" symbol, at the lower right corner of the image below, to read today's bulletin, regarding the distinction between those who are wise, and those who are fools, for example:

The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the REVISED STANDARD VERSION ( RSV ).  Isaiah 50:4 reads as follows:
"4 The Lord God has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him that is weary.  Morning by morning he wakens, he wakens my ear to hear as those who are taught."
Implied, here, is a lesson of speaking appropriate words to sustain a weary person.
The apostle Paul ( see Colossians 1:1 ) wrote ( see 4:18, for example ) the following in ( 4:6 ): "6 Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer every one."  The heavenly Father ( see Matthew 5:9, 16; 6:9, 14, for example ) has commanded ( see Psalm 119:65-73, 142, and 151; Ecclesiastes 12:13; John 17:1, 3, and 17; and 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17, for example ) that we always use gracious speech.  Please click on the "Full Screen" symbol, at the lower right corner of the image below, to read today's bulletin regarding one's speech in dealing with depression, for example:
