Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the GOD'S WORD TRANSLATION ( GW ); being entitled: PRAY THE SCRIPTURES BIBLE. Obadiah, verse fifteen, reads as follows:
"15 'The day of the LORD is near for all nations. Edom, you will be treated as you have treated others. You will get back what you have given.'"
There is a warning, here, from the heavenly Father ( see Matthew 5:9, 16; 6:9, 14, for example ): He has commanded us ( see Psalm 119:65-73, 142, 151, Ecclesiastes 12:13, John 17:1, 3, 17, and 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17, for example ) not to mistreat others.
Jesus ( see Matthew 5:1 ) said the following in ( 7:12 ): "12 'Always do for other people everything you want them to do for you. That is the meaning of Moses' Teachings and the Prophets.'" A slave to obedience ( a Christian - see Acts 11:26, for example ) will live according to this golden rule; a slave to sin will not, and will suffer the consequences. Also, please read the Holy Bible ( which is God's word - see Luke 8:19-21; 11:27-32 ( especially verse 28, for example ), and Revelation 1:1-3 ( especially verse 3, for example ), for example ). If you have any questions about the Holy Bible, you can contact me by e-mail at:
