The Holy Bible.

Pictured at the top left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the King James Version ( KJV ).  Pictured below that is a copy of the Koran.  SURA XVIII ( THE CAVE ), verses one through twelve, read as follows:
"1 PRAISE be to God, who hath sent down the Book to his servant, and hath not made it tortuous 2 but direct; that it may warn of a grievous woe from him, and announce to the faithful who do the things that are right, that a goodly reward, wherein they shall abide for ever, awaiteth them; 3 and that it may warn those who say, 'God hath begotten a Son.' 4 No knowledge of this have they or their fathers!  A grievous saying to come out of their mouths!  They speak no other than a lie!  5 And haply, if they believe not in this new revelation, thou wilt slay thyself, on their very footsteps, out of vexation.  6 Verily, we have made all that is on earth as its adornment, that we might make trial who among mankind would excel in works: 7 But we are surely about to reduce all that is thereon to dust!  8 Hast thou reflected that the Inmates of THE CAVE and of Al Rakim were one of our wondrous signs?  9 When the youths betook them to the cave they said, 'O our Lord!  grant us mercy from before thee, and order for us our affair aright.'  10 Then struck we upon their ears with deafness in the cave for many a year: 11 Then we awaked them that we might know which of the two parties could best reckon the space of their abiding.  12 We will relate to thee their tale with truth.  They were youths who had believed in their Lord, and in guidance had we increased them."
Verses one through four ( above ) contain lies.  To begin with, verse three references a warning against anyone who would say, "God hath begotten a Son."  John 3:16-18 read as follows:  "16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."  The Holy Bible ( which is God's word - see Psalm 119:65-73, 142, 151, Mark 16:20, John 1:1, 14; 2:11; 5:26, 27; 7:16; 8:26; 10:30; 14:6; 17:1, 3, 17, Romans 1:20, Colossians 2:8, 9, 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17, Titus 1:1, 2, and 1 John 5:6-8, for example ) clearly teaches that Jesus ( see Matthew 16:13-17 ( especially verse 16, for example ), for example ) is the only begotten Son of God ( as we read in verses sixteen through eighteen, above ).
The statements of Jesus ( above ) are the truth: verse four ( in the above-given passage from the Koran ) wrongly refers to them as grievous statements coming out of His mouth.  Jesus performed miracles: Mohammed did not.  The purpose of miracles was to confirm God's word ( cf. Mark 16:20; KJV and NCV, for example ).
The warning ( mentioned above ) is a feeble attempt, by the false religion of Islam, to deny that Jesus Christ ( cf. Matthew 1:16 and Mark 8:27-33 ( especially verse 29, for example ), for example ) is the Son of God.  1 John 2:22 reads as follows:  "22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ?  He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son."  Therefore, all Muslims are liars and antichrists.  The claim, in verses three and four, that anyone who says, "God hath begotten a Son," is speaking a lie, is itself a lie ( as has been demonstrated, above, in the Holy Bible ).
Verse five ( above ) contains the phrase "thou wilt slay thyself," which is a reference to suicide.  However, SURA IV ( WOMEN ), verse thirty-three, reads as follows: "O believers!  devour not each other's substance in mutual frivolities; unless there be a trafficking among you by your own consent: and commit not suicide:-of a truth God is merciful to you."  This comparison of passages in the Koran indicates a contradiction within it.
Finally, verses eight through eleven ( above ) do not describe a sign ( or miracle ).  This passage teaches that the Inmates of THE CAVE and of Al Rakim had their ears stricken with deafness for many a year, and then they were awakened to determine "which of the two parties could best reckon the space of their abiding" ( see verse eleven, above ): it is not a miracle because miracles ceased to occur when the apostle John finished writing the book of Revelation ( see the January 22nd, 2015 entry in this weblog to find additional facts regarding when miracles ceased to occur ), rather, it is a lie.  The Koran is not God's word: the Holy Bible is.  Please study the Holy Bible.
