The Holy Bible.

Pictured to the left is a copy of a version of the Holy Bible, known as the MODERN ENGLISH VERSION ( MEV ).  Proverbs 6:23-26 read as follows:
"23 For the commandment is a lamp, and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life, 24 to keep you from the evil woman, from the flattery of the tongue of a seductress.  25 Do not lust after her beauty in your heart, nor let her allure you with her eyelids.  26 For by means of a harlot a man is reduced to a piece of bread, and the adulteress will prey upon his precious life."
Solomon ( see 1:1 ) teaches, here, some lessons regarding the sin ( see 1 John 3:4, for example ) of adultery ( please read verses twenty through thirty-five to get the full context ).
One of the "tools" in the seductress' "tool box" is the sin of flattery ( as we read in verse twenty-four ).  Such a woman is to be avoided, for she means only harm to the man who is enticed by her ( as we read in verses twenty-five and twenty-six ).  Please click on the link below to read today's bulletin concerning this sin, from a different perspective:
Also, please read the Holy Bible ( which is God's word - see Luke 8:19-21 ( especially verse 21, for example ); 11:27, 28 ( especially verse 28, for example ), and Revelation 1:1-8 ( especially verse 3, for example ), for example ).  If you have any questions about the Holy Bible, you can contact me by e-mail at:
