Matthew 28:18 reads as follows: "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." Moreover, Jesus ( see John 5:19 ) said the following in John 5:26, 27: "For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; and hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man."
Considering Matthew 28:18 and John 5:26, 27 together, we see that God, the Father, has given all power ( "authority" - see Matthew 28:18; NKJV, for example ) to God, the Son ( see also Psalm 119:65-73, John 1:1, 14; 3:16, 17; 7:16; 8:26; 10:30; 14:6; 17:17, Romans 1:20, Colossians 2:8, 9, 2 Timothy 3:16, 17, Titus 1:1, 2, and 1 John 5:6-8, for example ).
